Hi,
Trainers are just a nicer way of saying cheats. They are little things that will give you ( for example ) unlimitied lives , unlimited bonus's and so on and so forth. Pending on the number that you see as to how many different options are available in the trainer - ( like say it has 8 trainers, that means that there are 8 different options of like unlimitied lives , unlimited coins , unlimited jewels , and etc , etc , etc .
