Arrow Lite on Is not that Great

I always hear people on this forum talking about how great lite on's are.My question to them is "What are u thinking".Though it is true that they are good for burning copy protections the overall quality and craftsmanship of these burners is sub par. They (most)are made of thin cheap plastic(kinda like creative cd roms if u know what i mean)I install different burners every day not to mention that i test almost every new burner that comes out.So take my word for it Lite On is NOT the best.Look for something a lil higher quality.LG-GCE8320B can do everthing a lite on can,and quality wise is 10 times better. Also it 32x12x40x.What more can u ask 4?So stop screamin lite on to everyone and help them get a real burner!!

Oh and BTW if u want to argue about this, leave ur email and i will send u a pic of the box of broken lite ons i have at my shop.

you need some valium. why? because lite on's are good. you and BG should form a lobby or something in the name of LG. this forum is solely about burning copy protections. we dont really get into the plastics, or the dust ppm in the factory environment where they are made, etc. its all about 'can it copy mohaa'. and the lite on can. and its cheap. what more can you ask for?

who cares about build quality
if it lasts 6 months its done the job
everyone will be using 24 speed dvd burners by then
that cost £5 each!

8 years ago I got my first 2x SCSI HP burner
only £450 plus £100 for 20 CDR
Great build quality, still works.....not a lot of use now tho
