problems finding game music

I like to listen to music, and many times game music has caught my intrest. So I got a program the coverts the music files on the PS2 disk into wav format. But the thing is I have to be able to find the music manulally.

Thus my question, is there a program that can find the music files even though they cant be accessed manually?

P.S. the music is only going to be used by me, it wont be sold or handed out for free.
