When you have any mods installed, just change compression and find out (i have changed to zip/9).

I'm facing a problem with the conversion, I'm using the 3xdvd5 method and Disk 1 and 2 go fine but the third weighs 4.39 GB, now, I've installed this:

Game
Update .18
DLCs (3)
Hi-Res Textures package (2013)
Spanish Voices for DLC (for the 3)

How can I reduce that the weigh to make a perfect conversion?

just change compression or delete everything in DirectX10 folder,replace with web installer version

O.K. I thought that but if I want to change the font how can I do it? I guess that it comes with the precomp content and I cannot modify it. I haven't made my first conversion script yet.

Thanks for your answers but I'll ask again:

How can I change the font?

As I said I have no experience with scripts so I tried to find if there was a font file with your package and I didn't find it neither the background images, That's why I assume that backgrounds and fonts (everything related to the UI) come in the precompiled files. for me there's no problem to use English, however I cannot see much sense of having an entire game in Spanish and the installer in English.

open up setup.cab & replace the existing font file with one you want to use . The setup.cab, will be in Skyrim_DVD1 folder.
