Ripped Soul Calibur, problems with the BackGround Music

I successfully ripped soul calibur (pal), burned it first as a non-boot then as an self-boot game, both start up fine, but there are some graphic errors in the intro (the dust from the impacting swords, looks like missing textures) and the intro exits right after the close-up of the character. Ok, i already heard about that in various ISO releases. The other problem is during the game, the background music hangs, like a bad CD in a CD Player. Can i prioritize the music files so they are at the outside of the CD ? I don't need to dummy the disc because it takes up 694 MB. I tried to prioritize the files in NERO 5.0.3.8, gave the music files a low priority and the others a high, but the problem remained. Perhaps anyone know about the problem ?
BTW, does anyone know how to prioritize files using MKISOFS/CDRECORD (i use those for selfbooters) ?

SoulCalibur has 2 raw .pcm files for each background track, a left and a right one.
They each end in the extension .04, .08 & .16.
With the Left tracks having the last letter in the filename as L, and the Right tracks as R.
[Leave the .04 files alone as modifying them can cause sound errors.]
Okay now you need a program that can read PCM files and convert them to WAV. I searched the net and downloaded Acoustica from www.aconas.de.
I then opened each Right and Left file then converted then to wav. Then I loaded up Windows Sound Recorder with the Left audio file, and chose the option "mix with" the picked the corresponding Right audio file. Now the WAV of the right channel can be deleted as it isn't needed anymore. open up the combined L channel WAV in Acoustica and choose Sound-->convert Sample format, then untick Stereo recording. (Converted the file to MONO). Now save the file as a PCM file and rename back to the correct name as it was in the game. Also now create a new 0 byte file and name it according to the right channel.
Repeat this for all the files.
Then open up the 1st_read.bin file in a Hex Editor (HexWorkshop www.b###ft.com) to change all references from the right channel to the left channel. Search for the filename of the right channel, and then change the R in the name to an L.
The result? More than enough space to selfboot and put in a dummy file for faster loading, (about 340Meg!) without losing any movies and pleasantly enough increasing sound quality.
