As you didn't give the model number of your drive - see here
The model number may not be significant as all the Acer's seem to have the same EFM specs. It shows that the Acer's can copy Safedisk 2.4 and below, but not 2.51 and onwards.
If the original cd contains 2.4 then you shouldn't have a problem - use Clony to get the settings.
If the original cd contains 2.51, then try using AWS in Clone CD - and don't forget to use Hide CD-R Media in the Clone CD Tray if you play the game from your cd-writer.

Instead of making the crack with Unsafedisk yourself, you could try seeing if the crack you need is here
