If they are CloneCD .img files use CloneCD or IsoBuster which can open CloneCD .img files. And next time please use topic that better describes your problem

And another thing: U can burn .img files with PC just fine. If there is a .cue file with .img file open it in burner program (ex Nero) instead of .img file (make sure .cue and .img files are in same folder)
