well, first thing you should do is CHILL OUT and find your CapsLock button at the left side of your keyboard and turn it off.

Second thing you can try is to copy the sound and video files from the cd to your sims dir. and then try to use the crack. the installation might haven't copied ALL the sound files to your sim dir.
