max payne!!!!

hi, i´ve got a problem.
i received a copy of max payne from a friend. he used NERO 5.0 for the copy. when i install max payne of the original cd and then insert the copy to play, everything works fine. but if i want to install of the copy, an error message appears, FATAL ERROR.
Does there exist a crack or any solution for this problem?
