YES I HAVE.PROBLEM WITH THIS SOFTWARE IS THE GAME CD BIGER THEN THE BLANK CD.

OK - got it. GTA3 is a DVD game and won't read on a CD reader/Burner.
If you have a DVD rip of GTA3 on CD, then it wil be greater than 650 MB and would have to be copied onto a 700MB disk. But I fancy the DVD reason.
