Help playing pal DVD's on a USA NTSC PS2

ntsc ps2 systems are not capable of outputting a pal signal for dvds, so it's simply not possible, not even with a chip.
pal ps2's can output ntsc dvds, but psx games will run at 50 hz and will not display properly on an US tv.
also, there's no non-swap chip for imports yet, so you will have to swap for every US game you want to play too.
