The english/german mix is nasty.
But the real proble is: I can't save anymore! All my savegames get corrupted from version 791. It's even worse with the mysteriuos 795 patch. This patch doesn't apply on my german S4_MAIN.exe and leaves my hard disk with a load of currupted files...
