You can use this plugin to precompress this game. It works for game version Hotfix #4 (17 August 2023).
To update the xtl file when a new update comes out, you have to use bms2xtool with lspk_mod_R3.bms script with the following config. Code:
[Config] SafeMode=1 UserInput= Exclude=copy gzip=zlib deflate=zlib zlib_noerror=zlib deflate_noerror=zlib XMemDecompress=xmemcompress lz4=lz4hc:l9
