Extract contents of the attached archive and use -mNKR2GP --diff=70p.
You can discard the NKR2GP.XTL file for decoding, but you must keep the following:
- quickbms.exe
- xtool.ini

Tested with Gameplay.apf, 16,511,216 bytes
