Try replacing STDIO with $$arcdatafile$$.tmp $$arcpackedfile$$.tmp

e.g.

[External compressor:zstd]

packcmd = zstd\zstd.exe {options} $$arcdatafile$$.tmp $$arcpackedfile$$.tmp
unpackcmd = zstd\zstd.exe -d -f -T2 $$arcpackedfile$$.tmp $$arcdatafile$$.tmp
