It installs fine but not able selct location so goes to C: drive only.

I just downloaded the 'The Surge 2_02' file to test the installer, it worked fine for me, it showed me the page to select where to install and it also installed to the chosen location on my 'D' Drive. I did not need or use the 'Setupfix' file.

So... There must be the problem in my system!
Can anyone guess anything or suggest for any troubleshoot?
