i think you should rename it CIUV3 Designer
so other had no trouble with original CIUV3

It's only CIUV3.exe
when u open the Title would come on CIU V3 Designer

Actually the executable of your project could be CIUV3_Designer.exe to avoid conflict of names with original name of "CIU" created by Yener90 for many years.

CIU needs a Designer tool only to organize the interface. If this is it, great! I would like to know if CIUV3 Designer will support all CIU functions... Well it should have a new "About" tab for creating the custom About page (CIU v3.0.0.1 beta will have many other changes).
