Why do you forget the compression part in all this ? I see weak lolz settings around here that are not always enough to get size like FG even with improved and "ultimate" precompression. SRep settings also affects compression in FC4.. And those diffs that you are talking about are not that large. Make sure you had all the game files as in FG repack and tell me what compressed size you got.

Strong settings are as obvious, slow. I may not recommend it for personal use. Too much for small gain.
