edit ultraarc.ini & change this section to match. Extension was probably cab which win10 doesn't like. Then save the file to keep those changes.
[Distribution] ArchivePrefixName=Data ArchiveExtension=bin

I know what happened.
I needed two ".dll" files that had to be thrown into the windows / system32. "isdone.dll" & "unarc.dll". Now everything works well. P.S. I remade images. I threw the contents of the disc 5 to the disc 1, and changed it to 1x DVD9 & 3xDVD5. thanks again.
