Now, how to recover it when its corrupted using normal FreeArc software without error

The problem you are facing is because the method you used for compression isn't there in the BIN folder of FreeArc in C drive...Try pasting all the files from the compressors Bin to the Bin folder of FreeArc in C drive & try again....
