UltraARC 2.2.3.0 is now available

Changes

Option for resume session added
Removed "I have created a backup", but warn users to make a backup when using oggencode, bink it or crunch texture because the original files will be edited by the program.

and sorry for the immediate update but I forgot to do these changes and only realised it 10 minutes after uploading the attachment.

I don't know how to create icons and I have uploaded a video to show that I didn't see anything wrong with the bb setup/script.
