How can I change the size of the cursor.cur on CIU, 'cause a make a custom cursor size 12x17 but when i run the installer the cursor is 32x32 and it looks awful.

I'm not sure but i think is not possible because the cursor is not editable. Someone correct me if i'm wrong.

Do not quite understand the question.
I use the RealWorld Cursor Editor to create or edit cursors.
Can also create animated cursors .ani and rename the extension to .cur to work in CI or CIU.
Software is free.

thanks, but you dont understand the question. I already have a cursor but with 12x17 pixels dimmension, and the ciu automatically rezise to 32x32 and thats why looks like shit the cursor. Don't accept custom size cursors.

Anyway I already post the conversion and I use another cursor.
