The 96 bytes of SubChannel data that contains copy protection data on non-audio disks.
You need to set Read SubChannel Data for CloneCD READ mode together with Abort on Read Error and Don't Repair SubChannel Data on write and not burn faster than 4x. If you do that with a working source CD and your modchip is the same CloneCD will gove you a working copy - so far as I can see.
