Some of the rules that are in place are there to avoid this site being viewed as a purely 'warez orientated' site, hence censorship of obvious 'warez' related topics. We are not asking people to 'like them' we ask people follow them while using this forum!

The 'Mod' rule was introduced for various reasons, user to user arguments and flaming if one user starts 'moderating' another user is a prime example. There is a 'report post' function if you see something that needs reporting, we want people to use it, that's what it's for.

This isn't a 'political' forum either, there are many rules in society that people don't like but have to put up with, this forum is no different in that respect regarding rules. You've adpated to our rules, you don't like them but you accept them, like many things in life you don't like but have to 'accept' you just have to grin and bear it!

@acal3000
I can not think of one instance where you have ever come close to breaking the forum rules. You have obviously read them and abide them even if you dont like all of them.
I cant see any reason why anyone would want to flame you for that.

And DAB you should not leave for that just change a bit your attitude you are valuable and this new rule is not realy harsh anyway
And in my opinion the above quote says it all. Short and to the point.

I have to admit i do respect dabhand a lot, perhaps because we have a lot in common but i do think however that, perhaps this whole thing is overreacting a bit?

Joe, i donīt know you all that way, like you, english isnīt my native language and like you i donīt have any major issues using it, but i also think that youīre the same as Dab in the sense that you both are leaded on very easily.

So my suggestion in, Dab, you wanna go take a brake and then come back? Fine, you want to go forever? Fine, but i donīt think this is the way to do it.

just my 2 cents.
Are you by chance a poet or writer ? Just wondering, your writing style is quite a shock to those of us who are used to illiterate warez kiddies going "OMG WT!F whErEz Da CRACKS !" all the time. You should bundle your signatures and get them published :D
I really hope this blows over. All I can say is that I hope you reconsider DABhand. Watching a long-time member go on bad terms is never something that one likes to see.
