You have read into this way too much.....

That is the rules here unfortunately...


You can contact the publishers and explain your story for a small fee they will replace your media that was lost due to the flood.

We cant help people who lost their media as then it becomes a piracy issue, yes its silly, but you dont own the game you own the right to play it aslong as you have the original media, if its broken or missing then you dont have the right to play it.

Silly yes, but thats the law unfortunately.

If you do have your CD-key just contact the publisher and let them know what happened, thats the best help you can get im afraid.


But on a side note, and im not pointing fingers or calling anyone a liar, if the flood got your media how did it not get your PC, and how did you manage to install the game?

as the water was coming in to the house I had only few things to get one of 5 P.C.s and my fireproof waterproof BOX of papers I lost my other 4 P.C.s with Pc under one hand and fireproof waterproof BOX in other hand I climbed to the altick while the house and my car went under water
Sorry for bowing up But I Lost every thing mind you EVERY THING.I'm little off kiter lately I well try EA games route but to be honest It well not mater if have the key or not or the bill sales.There ass about must stuff that iv had command conquer 3 same deal they say they can't help.
O well I told them I would only buy the games that EA help get to the market place once they go though 2nd buyer I well not give any more money directly.
