The last F.E.A.R. patch was v1.08, F.E.A.R. Extraction Point is still v1.0. You sure you're copying the correct crack across?
If I recall, If you install the Expansion it updates FEAR to v1.07, it does not update Extraction Point! FEAR exe is called FEAR.EXE and Extraction Point exe is called FEARXP.EXE!

Yea that is what I have. The Gold Edition that I have is "FEAR v1.08" and "FEAR XP v1.0". I have not tried it again yet but will in just a little while and will let you know what happened.
