Just running it in Win95 compatibility mode without changing "VidMemZBuffer" fixed the stuttering for me. Thanks!
To get movies to work, I made a folder in my install directory named 'CD' and copied the contents of CD2 into it then changed: MoviePath="[CDROM]" to MoviePath=".\CD" in the ini. Movies work, but I haven't played the game far enough yet to see if the music will. Also, since Revenant was made (I think) for 3DFX video cards, it will not run using hardware rendering and most people will have to change: 'Software3D=No' to 'Software3D=Yes' or the game won’t even start. Anyways, runs perfect for me now with XP Pro SP2!
