Help With how Google Searches UK Pages / Rest Of Web

Probably hadn't really worded my question correctly, all thats happened is that his pages are not showing up in the uk search but are top of their class on the whole web search. Think have sorted it, seems like google did a big shakeup of it's self on 27th July.

So basically they search geographically using IP and the CC TLD, all he needs to do now is fyully link the .co.uk site to the .com seemlessly and voila he should be ther. but how he does that is another matter!!
