I got Darkstar One working now with the latest patch 1.1.

You have to use the old D-Tools 3.47 + Virtual CD Hide 1.0.0.4 to hide the D-Tool drive and than you can play Darkstar One after mounting the Mini-Image.

Try it yourself.

ehm this doesnt seem to be the right page?

atleast cant find no Virtual CD HIDE there

Virtual CD Hide v1.0.0.4, scroll down the page to 'CD/DVD Hide Utilities', you will see Virtual CD Hide in the list, click on it to be taken to the download link.
