if at the end of disk 1, did it ask you to save, if not, you are *#@!.

disk 2 will not boot up because there is no save file for disk 2 to boot up to.

if it did ask you to save and you saved, just boot up disk 2 with the save from the memory card in place.

otherwise maybe your disk 2 does not work.
