Makes it sound like the DVD actually came with a NoCD crack!
I am sure you mean you purchased the retail version and you use a NoCD fixed exe to play without the DVD in the drive.

This is what I did anyway and the trainer seems to work for now only you have to use the CD. Press tab and return to game for cheats to kickin. (DVD AUS version 1.02 retail)

For version 1.21
- update to version 1.06
- use no cd 1.06
- update to 1.21, trainer still works but cd dection is activated

This may work for 1.10
