CONVERT FROM PAL TO NTSC

I would really appreiciate it if someone can help me out. I recently just got a Pal game, Pro Evolution Soccer 2, after I converted the game, the screen is kinda sliced off in the bottom. If you any of you ever played the game you would know it would be meaningless to played without seeing the energy bar and radar. How did you convert from PAL->NTSC ?? Like what program did you use ?
