As a test, I had full swordmanship at 12 and went out into the wilds, avg dmg I had with my 17-23 sword was about 34 normal hits without skills, went back and dropped swordmanship to 10 and boosted strength, avg dmg I did with normal attack was 29.

Explain that.

Sorry to disappoint but a sword cant have 40hp in stance, only shields have hp in stance, or always, or while enchanted , swords can only have max 30hp always, please stop making up bull****.

Now your changing your story, you were talking req of the sword not attribute, just look at your posts. Ok dude your a moron, ive been playing alot longer then you, dont try and act like you know everything about the game, as i know more then you, obviously.

All the possible sword upgrades, I do not see a 40hp in stance, so you must be talking crap, obviously.

Lets just say I have 16 swordmanship, and a req 12 sword max damage, and a 7 req sword max dmg. Both will do exactly the same dmg only i will be able to weild the the req 7 way before the 12.

Please stop talking crap, Thanks. If you stop acting dumb and read your YOUR own posts your saying A req 12 sword will do more damage then a req 7, no it wont. Swordmanship increase sword dmg and critical hits, your making yourself look bad by asking me to post this.

YOU SAID IN YOUR OWN POST THAT AT EQUAL SWORDMANSHIP A REQ 12 WILL DO MORE THEN A REQ 7 AND A REQ 12 IS OBVIOUSLY BETTER, LMAO.
Look nooblet, login into guild wars and play the damn game and LEARN something instead of arguing about something that you have no idea about. For the love of god, THERE IS NO 40HP STANCE SWORD. Get over the fact it doesnt exist, no your friend didnt hack the game and make it, its not possible to. You were just drunk or high, or even both when he showed you the sword.

Please post a screenshot with the 40hp stance, 30hp always sword, if not then stop posting useless replys. Show me where it says at Swordmanship 16 a req 12 will do more then a req 7. No you cant prove those things because they are totally made up. Thanks for wasting my time arguing over something you were drunk when doing.

I am only replying on what ive seen, sure ive not been in GW aslong as you but that doesnt mean I dont understand GW, maybe not as much as other people, but I have noticed the dmg difference at different req level's. Ive tested that myself.

As for the sword, im only saying about what ive seen, and no I dont drink or do drugs.

But im not ruling out the possibility there is that bonus for swords, as it is available for hammers (I have one which gives me +25 health in a stance).


Again and this only advice so take as you will, dont resort to petty name calling its flaming and again as ive said against rules here. Do please read them.

i been in guild wars since day dot,and i agree with you dab hand and have seen loads of wierd and wonderful things..

hell i even saw a guy with a river drake as a pet,i searched for months to find of way of getting the animal,i read everywhere you cant,hell i still want one now i dont know how the hell he got it,and i only ever saw one once,right at the beggining of the game at the first river as you leave ascalon for the first time,pre seering.

at kassad,dude this was a pleasent thread,and you come marching in with a mightier than thou attitude,my point is,you have 18 posts,probaly 18 flames.

behave dude,its just a ****ing game and you are acting like its a matter of life and death.

Swordmanship - Swordmanship increases basic sword damage as well as damage dealt by sword skills.


So therefore, more damage no matter the max dmg shown on the sword. So he is wrong.
