Doesn't work for me. With or without this method, FEAR starts ans runs with 100% cpu but nothing happens.
BTW, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\D-TOOLS doesn't seem to exist with DT4. I installed DT4 on a newly installed system.
UPDATE:
Just tested the new image that has been posted. Does not work. FEAR just takes 100% CPU and thats it.
UPDATE2:
I rebooted with disabled PATA-Controller while i was trying to get SplinterCellCT to run. Now also FEAR runs.
It looks like other IDE-disablers doesn't work correct with my nvidia-Board.
