If there was a PAL rip for it, I never heard of it. As you may or may not know, NTSC and PAL operate on two different frequencies, NTSC - 60hz, PAL - 50hz. So generally NTSC games do not work on a PAL system, due to the fact they cannot display at 60hz. There is no known patcher to convert NTSC-to-PAL.

I believe there are ways around it though.. not totally sure.
