I don't know about the miniimages ( I haven't used them ).
I found an image from carbon that ( together with Anti-Blaxx ) works like a charm.
At last my original went into it's box.

Now to find a crack for trackmania...

@crossmr: I have read the entire thread and I know why miniimages can be useful, however, if you have a legal copy, you won't need it...
I know some people don't want to use their originals because of wanting to save them. But I think it's too complicated to disable your CD-Drives and so on just because to play the game without cd.
