Boiling Point working with Alcohol

the nocd exe from reloaded crashes each time i try to start a new game i mean i can load the game set the option and all but ounce i set my difficulty level and click start the loading bar comes up and then the game crashes about one third of the loading

this is the error message i get in the crash.txt file that the game creates
