You can try Fireburner (which works for me, even though CDRWin doesn't), or you can extract the files from the .BIN file to your hard drive using ISOBUSTER or CDMAGE and burn a self-boot disc using Echelon tutorial.
You can also try BIN2BOOT to convert the .BIN file to a self-bootable .CDI file (Disc Juggler). Good luck.
