Sorry to read your continuing problems. We'll have to go back to basics. It seems you have a common problem between all your burners.
1 What is your CD Reader? (If it's a bundled device, Device Manager will tell you) 2 What is your CD Burner? 3 Is USB involved? If so whatoperating system?
