you need to find out what modchip u have, also what boot cd are you using??? with regards to cdr-win is your writer compatible??? what version???? I use CLONE CD to make ps2 backups that way you dont have to patch them, but your writer has to be 100% compatible so check there website before you download, they give you a 21 day trail so make the most of it.
