Which one is worth buying NEO4 or MESSIAH

If it's between NEO4 and MESSIAH, it looks like MESSIAH does more, importantly booting import originals. This is very important if you are desperate to play a DVD game and you haven't got a couple of weeks to work out the DVD rip nor £400 for a DVD burner.
