All I had to do was put REA in my dvd reader and under "Input" I browsed to that reader and all the way to VIDEO_TS.IFO.
Then I left everything as is in VOBBlanker except for where I wanted the finished product to come out. Then I pressed "PROCESS!!" at the very bottom of the screen. Tyler!
