I know the bit about deleting and re-building the ISO but its just identifying the files to be deleted, so its a case of looking at each individual 'big' file with the hex editor and deleting if its got no data in?

Dont just delete. I always replace in case something in the game happens to actually look for the dummy itll at least find it.
And yes you gotta check to see if the file is actually a dummy by using a hex editor. If you find anything other than 00000's all over the place then it may have something to do with the game. Only replace the all 00000 dummies. It shouldnt be that hard, most dummies are actually named "Dummy". Tyler!
