VF3 patch out, but can't apply :-(

Same problem for me... After the patching, the game isn't recognize either by DJ2 or DJ3, even CDI2NERO doesn't accept the file format...
Pal2ntsc doesn't find a patching area, and with an hexadecimal editor, I can't find the area 50 Hz : 01E403A002E401A003E4 in order to change it...
I'm out of solutions, HELP! This game in 50 hz sucks... that the way with have it in the original pal version...
