bibimba, the alcohol 120% way works well.
Uninstall CloneCD Install the game Install and configure alcohol (must be latest version) - load the image on any drive - Click emulation (on the left hand side) -- Click emulation - extra emulation and put a tick in the top box (Bad sector emulation) Make sure you are NOT using any cracked version of sims2.exe it MUST be the original exe. No need to insert any CDs just run Sims 2 and it works with build functions and all. |
