It's not a virus.
The problem is that Windows XP have problems to delete some type of file. Specialy small non iconen. It's not an .exe file becuase it's totaly empty. And Image is totaly empty. IT'S not a virus. Image created in WinIso. .exe file is created in notepad (save as a .exe file). .exe empty. image just added the empty .exe file and label it.
