can you unlocke a hard drive that dosin't match the motherboard

i tried to mod my xbox i struwed up and distroyed my mother board (now it frags). im going to buy i new xbox from a friend pre moded and i want to but my old hdd (cause i got a lot a saved games on it) inside the new pre moded box but i don't now if i could but it in then install evox and unlock it so it will work.

Any chance I can get a pic of the mod job? Maybe I can help you fix it.

And there is only one way, desolder the eeprom chips and put it in another xbox.; Unfortunately it is hard.

i can see where the brocken connection i tried to fix it im just not very good at sodering.
i could sent it off somewhere somewhere but its expensive.
