HELP: How do I make game selfboot if missing IP.BIN??

Use others game ip.bin "crazytaxi" file instead as the game which missing ipbin file,
use ipbin4win ,open up the "First-Read Filename" modily a suitable name bootbin ,click patch,then follow selfboot method step by step....
