Can I Replace English Voices w/ Japanese ones?

That would be very very cool. All games from Japan should have both English and Japanese language on them, with the ability to go English subtitles and Japanese voice. The games they did do that for that I have played (Shinobi, Castlevania, Dot Hack, Onimusha I) made the games more fun for me.

The 'voice-actors' they hire for the English dubbing of some great games really suck, and Final Fantasy X-2 is the latest addition to the list of extreme offenders.
