o i thought it was a easier way to solder hey seaneyb2003 when u get ur chip could u tell me what kind of chip u bought and digrams for that chip i want to buy a chip for my ps1 so i dont have to use the boot cd no more last time i did a chip i could not get it to work there was so many dif digrams so i tryed them all none worked but i did a install frist time on a ps1 unit with a chip that was gave to me worked perfect but i only had 1 good ps1 install all rest failed and killed the ps1 unit
